Dice and cook the bacon

Cook the eggs, season to taste with salt and pepper

Chop the chives
Step 4
Make the dough. Combine flour, yogurt, and all seasonings (including the 2 tsp salt)

Knead dough until smooth
Step 6
Divide dough into 8 equal balls
Step 7
Roll out each ball and add the eggs, bacon, cheese (20g), and chives to each each ball
Step 8
Pinch all sides together above each ball, and flip it over
Step 9
Heat the pan on medium low for a few minutes (at least 5) to heat it thoroughly. Cook on each side for 5-6 minutes, but check after 3 minutes to make sure they are not browning too quickly. Turn the heat down if so.
Step 10
Eat now, or cool and freeze for later
