This recipe is so insanely good, it's what a local vegan Cafe makes as their signature dish. When I was making this recipe I didn't realize that and when I bit into it I got so excited, this was one of the dishes that made me realize if I ate stuff like this I could give up meat no problem, I will be getting a bigger food processor specifically for this recipe even, it's just a flavor bomb in your mouth without being too many flavors.
