Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F.
Step 2
Cut the stems off the Brussels sprouts and then slice them in half lengthwise.
Step 3
Stack the raw bacon slices and cut into 1/2 inch bites.
Step 4
Place the Brussels, bacon, avocado oil, salt and pepper in a medium bowl and mix until everything is well coated.
Step 5
Spread the mixture out on lined baking sheet, adjusting the Brussels so the flat side is down.
Step 6
Roast for 30-40 minutes, checking after 30.
