Ingredients: 1 Box Jiffy Mix Cornbread; 1/2 Cup Sour Cream; 1 Large Egg; 2 Jalapeno Peppers, Seeds and inner white membrane (the really Hot Spiced parts) removed, chopped to a fine mince; 1 Cup Frozen Corn kernels, thawed under hot water for a few minutes; 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese; 1 TBS Old Bay Seasoning mix; Canola Oil for frying. Enough to cover the bottom of the pan, only about 1/2 inch
