Instructions
Step 1
Cook biscuits according to package. Take out and let cool slightly.
Step 2
In a large frying pan, add butter and cook eggs to your liking (I like over medium for this recipe) Sprinkle with salt and pepper and top with a slice of cheese for each egg.
Step 3
In another large frying pan, cook sausage patties until golden brown
Step 4
Slice each biscuit in half and top the bottom piece with a sausage patty and a cheesy egg
Step 5
Wrap each sandwich in parchment paper and then tin foil. Keep in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for over a month.
Step 6
To reheat: take out of foil and microwave for 45 seconds- 1 minute.
