Copy Cat Arby's Beef N' Cheddar

Used steakum for roast beef.

Cheese sauce was very thin but nummy.

I used 2% cheese and 2% milk for the sauce, that did not give the desired results, the sauce was way too thin and not much flavor. Next time I will use whole milk cheese or a pasteurized cheese product, I am sure the recipe failure was on me, but just heads up if you are trying to save calories.

Ordered Arby's Sauce & Horsey Sauce from Walmart's website. Perfect for this meal & little hassle. 🙌 The cheese sauce didn't want to flow right but it worked out fine. Paired with waffle fries to keep from buying so many kinds of fries this week lol.
