Chicken Stew

Made gravy at the end so it was more like stew than soup. Really delicious.

Simple but good. I would call it a stoup not quite thick enough for a stew. I wanted enough for lunches tomorrow so added 450g potatoes and 800ml water. Upped the spices a little to compensate for extra water. Very tasty

Not sure what I was missing here, but it was very bland. Definitely needed stronger herbs or spices.

This was the absolute best chicken stew I have ever made. It's easy and fast and an absolute favourite. It definitely needs the pastry as it adds the extra layer of flavours.

Very easy to make. Takes longer about 30-40 minutes to make. You can obtain the non-metric measurement equivalents online very easily.
