Creamy Spinach and Mushroom Pasta

Muy rico, lo recomiendo

Added chopped bell peppers. Its fine. Tastes like creamy macaroni. Needs some spices. Maybe some onion powder, or mustard powder. Some sundried tomatoes would really help make it pop.

Added some frozen peas and Quorn chic pieces to add bulk. Subbed evaporated milk with evaporated goat milk. Absolutely fabulous!! Choice of GF Rotini or ravioli made it a family meal. Side of garlic bread brought it all together.

Browned my mushrooms with onions. Added nutmeg and pepper, herbs de provence. I was going to throw in some sundried tomatoes but forgot.

Yummy I added chicken. I seasoned my chicken with sesame seed oil, and old bay season. Cooked and drained the juices use in the dish. Doing this added more flavor to the dish. Looks so good excited to dig in!!

I've alway loved mushrooms, and have made a point to include them in my diet every week for their nutritional value. But I confess until I began including meatless meals more intentionally into my life, I never really realized how much protein they contain.
