Roasted chicken thighs with potatoes in the oven. A delicious, juicy, and healthy recipe that is also very simple to prepare. Furthermore, as I always say, we won't be able to work. Except for peeling and cutting the potatoes, we'll leave the oven to do all of the work. We'll cook all of the ingredients at the same time, taking advantage of the oven's heat.
