white & green parts chopped seperately

150ggreen bell pepper
use a mix of colored peppers if you wish

2 tablespoondark soy sauce
use 3 tablespoon if using light soy sauce

2 tablespoonsriracha

2 tablespoonrice vinegar

1 tablespoonketchup

1 teaspoonblack pepper powder

1 teaspoonsugar

adjust to taste

2 tablespoonchicken stock
