I combined this with a pressure cooker risotto recipe because i hate standing and stirring that traditional risotto takes. https://www.hippressurecooking.com/pressure-cooker-risotto-in-7-minutes/ i also added mushrooms at the beginning with the onions. The real thing is the cheese sauce linked in the recipe. It is so good, and I'll definitely be using it in the future.
