German Cheese Spaetzle (Schwäbische Käsespätzle)

For convenience, I just used egg noodles. I ran out of white onions but green onions turned out good. Very good comfort food.

I was really surprised by the taste of this dish. It is so good to follow a recipe of a native where this dish belongs. This picture was of the dish almost finished. I tried to follow as much as possible with the ingredients a had at home so although it is not exactly it, it was still SO good. I'll definitely do it again. Loved it. 😍
