Herb and Citrus Oven Roasted Chicken

Sharing a pic of the dish before putting it in the oven. Think the temperature was off for me because the chicken got super crispy/burnt, luckily it was still delicious so I'd try cooking this again, just at a slightly lower temperature maybe. Marinade was aces though and I added potato as well.

Holy cow. I marinated while the chicken finished thawing and this is one of the most flavorful chicken recipes. I used skinless breasts. So easy.

Made with chicken thighs. Also good if marinated and frozen.
