Super easy. I add 2 cloves of garlic & a tsp or 2 of dill. It's easy to scramble the eggs, so be careful. I would like it with more rice & broth.

The first time I made it I swapped Tamari for Miso. But it wasn't quite what I was looking for. This time I left out the Tamari and we all loved it. Added about a 1/4 cup more lemon juice.
