Instant Pot Cheesy Taco Pasta

Yummy comfort food.

Pretty good. Ended up adding a bit more liquid for the pasta to cook in as well as some chopped peppers, onion and garlic (didn't feel right not adding some kind of fresh veg)

Made in the crock pot instead of the insta pot. High for 4 hours. Also used Rotel diced tomatoes instead of salsa.

Remove 1 cup of broth. Add 1 small can of diced tomatoes. 2 extra cups of cheese. Add 4 oz of cream cheese.

Am easy mix up for taco Tuesday! I did not have enough cheddar cheese so I used a block of cream cheese instead. Delicious!

Lacked flavor from small amount of seasoning.

I’m going to try medium salsa with it. My family doesn’t really like spicy things but it needed a little more kick.
