Instructions
Step 1
Mix together the greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano and salt and pepper in a large bowl.
Step 2
Add chicken thighs and toss together. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours.
Step 3
Soak wooden skewers in water for 10-30 minutes to avoid burning.
Step 4
Preheat the oven for 450F.
Step 5
Cut onion and bell peppers into 2 inch cubes. Add to skewers along with chicken. Alternative vegetable and chicken.
Step 6
Line greased baking sheet with skewers. Add to oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
