Samosa Recipe (Crispy Aloo Samosa)
Instructions
Prep:45minCook:45min
A traditional Punjabi samosa is a deep-fried, triangular snack with a flaky pastry shell and a tangy, spiced potato filling, often combined with green peas and bold spices. In my recipe, the dough is made with less water for extra flakiness, and the filling is adapted from my culinary school notes; simple, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. You can deep-fry, bake, or air-fry these samosas based on your preference.
