Step 1
Set aside two bowls and one plate. One bowl for the flour and another separate bowl for the cracked egg and soy sauce, and the plate for the breadcrumbs.

Shred your imatation crab meat

Add shredded crab meat, siracha, mayo, and (avocado if added) in a separate bowl to thoroughly mix filling for sushi. Put plastic wrap over rolling mat to protect your sushi
Step 4
Cut seaweed wraps in half in a straight line and cover front part of seaweed wrap with sticky rice on your rolling mat with plastic wrap. Make sure sticky rice is spread evenly covering the entire wrap, sprinkle sesame seeds and then flip the seaweed wrap over.
Step 5
Add about 1-2 tbsp of sushi filling in the middle of the seaweed wrap and use your fork or spoon to push filling evenly down a straight line. Then use your rolling mat to tightly roll the sushi.
Step 6
Preheat vegetable oil for frying. Once fully rolled dip sushi into flour, then egg wash and soy sauce mix, and roll into Japanese breadcrumbs making sure it is fully coated in breading for maximum crispiness.
Step 7
Fry for about 1-2 minutes on each side or until breadcrumbs turn golden brown. After finished frying dry off excess oil and you can immediately cut up the sushi into 6 equal parts and serve with spicy mayo. (Siracha mixed with mayo) or if you prefer cold sushi you can chill in the fridge for 30 mins. ENJOY!
