Artichoke Chicken Bake

Very flavorful. Try with thighs next time. Doubled the artichokes. Made my own Greek seasoning with the linked recipe and used it to seasoning the chicken as well as sauce. When I removed the chicken to the cutting board, I deglazed the pan with chicken broth before adding the sauce components. Served with Israeli couscous. It was really good. I ommitted the feta and used some Parmigiano cheese instead. I also added some creole spice to the chicken before putting it in the pan. Turned out very tasty. I used some of the artichoke juice to the pan after removing the chicken from browning and dumped that into a casserole dish with the artichoke and chicken to bake further

Very easy and delicious. I made some Spanakorizo (Greek Spinach Rice) to go with this and it worked out well.
