Best Fudgy Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Was super yummy, try to go light with powdered sugar, unless you plan on choking on it

Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.

Modify sugar to half white & half brown. Freeze the dough & ice cream scooper for 1-2 hrs for a shorter chill time. Add a few regular table spoons of icing sugar to a small bowl and add more if needed. Try not to use hands to roll the cookies or they will start to get sticky - try a smaller regular teaspoon with the ice cream scooper.
