Ingredients: 1 cup rice (used seeraga samba rice (refer above for cooking instructions)); 1.5 cups Capsicum (cubed I used color capsicums); 2 tbsp Bisi bele bath powder (I used GRB or refer recipe link above); 1 Tomato (chopped); 1/4 tsp Turmeric; 1/2 tsp Jaggery; Salt as needed; 2 tbsp oil; 1/2 tsp mustard; 1 tsp urad dal; 1 tsp Chana dal; 3 tbsp Peanuts; 1/8 tsp Asafoetida; 2 Green chillies (slit); 1 sprig Curry leaves
