One Pot Creamy Mushroom Pasta

I thought the sauce was a little thin for me, so I added the cornstarch to thicken it up. Great after that

Apparently I should have not put the lid on the skillet, because I had way too much liquid left. Otherwise, not bad.

Mushroom flavor was pretty mild, which is a bonus for me. My husband actually said he liked it! So I will definitely make again. Serving sizes felt very small for a main course. I made 4 but it was really more like 2.5 for us.

Added bacon, just what I had to hand, ham would be fine too. Really easy comfort food.

I read the comments about it being too liquid so I let it simmer so the liquid could reduce prior to adding the cream, I also added onion and oregano for extra flavour and wow!

Flavors were great, but too much liquid and too liquidy. Needs something to thicken the liquid.

My daughter (11) loves mushrooms, and said it looked good. It came together really quickly (finished within 30 minutes start to finish). My daughter loved it! She’s even bringing the rest for lunch tomorrow. Great, easy recipe.

I think this is absolutely delicious, I made the mistake on my first try of using chicken bouillon that made it too salty. On my next attempt I made sure to use half of the stock as low sodium and it was perfect.

The flavor improves a bit when adding Dijon mustard with the cream at the end. This has an awesome flavor profile. Everyone in the family loves it

Turned out really well. Easy to make and clean up. Added a handful of spinach to wilt before adding the cream at the end. For a little side, I did a simple garlic bread with the leftover shredded cheese and garlic. Side note, I subbed the veggie broth for chicken broth since it was all I had on hand. Couldn't taste the difference, but for those in my same predicament.

Took slightly longer than the recipe but I added diced chicken thighs in the beginning with the garlic and butter. Also substituted parpardelle pasta. Was a great hit. Had gourmet taste for a quick mid week meal!

I added shredded chicken.

Added a splash of miso and sprinkled with chilli flakes. Totally a game changer. Tried with soy sauce and it worked too. This is a keeper!

So easy to make and so tasty. Used creme fraiche instead of heavy cream.

Everybody liked. I doubled the pasta and used 4c broth. Added spinach at the end. Good with pesto too.

Easy to play with, might add shallots or Sun-Dried tomato next time

Great recipe, super easy! For two people made extras for lunch the next day. swapped the noodles to tri-color rotini. Added extra seasoning, Italian herbs, onion powder, alpine touch, and a pinch of ginger

How easy this was and barely any mess to clean up. I added crushed chili flakes and rosemary when the garlic went in 😀

I really liked it, thought it was great for how easy it is. Josh only thought it was okay.

A warm, comforting dish that's easy to make and easy to clean up! I used different pasta to compliment the mushrooms a bit better but other than that the recipe is a great base!
