Air Fryer Low Carb Bacon Wrapped Sweet Potatoes

Yum! I tried to wrap less amount of bacon as I was about to finish the whole packet with my half a large sweet potato wedge slices but should have realised bacon shrinks as it cooks so some came undone but the fully wrapped ones remained intact. Both were great tho especially with the right amount of spice in the background. I'll be making for special occasions like friends hanging out, considering the amount of bacon meat I just ate standing around the kitchen LOL

Trust me, they taste waaaaaaay better than they look😋

These are delicious. They have a bit of a kick. If you would like more of a sweet taste, I'm thinking brown sugar in the base versuses the other spices.
