This was super easy to make. I ended up just making the salmon at the same time as the cabbage (in another pan) and then putting it together in the end. My salmon didnt have skin - would have added some nice texture. I didn't have grainy mustard so I just doubled the Dijon. Could easily make this cabbage as a side dish.
