Creamy Healthy Broccoli Soup

Tasty and easy. Had cream at home so used that instead of milk.

Added parsley and flour. I also included a few extra garlic cloves.

Add Stilton and flour

So lovely and comforting. Was a little bit thick so will add a bit more water next time. But totally amazing, very tasty and hearty.

i added some rather tough frozen peas we had, and added a bouquet garni. i froze it all, so still to taste it properly.

No photo as it was demolished. However it was absolutely gorgeous. Easy recipe to follow and it’s made in under 30 mins.
