Used mom's food processor and didn't pulse it too much. Was still sort of dry 🤷🏾‍♀️😞 might make it again if using higher powered machine. Tasted kind of kale-y

My kale and lemons weren't the freshest, so it was bitter, but I added more Romano (I use Romano instead of Parm because I can't do cow dairy) , and a little honey to cut the bitterness. Pretty good!!

Used a blender instead of a processor and ended up a little more of a dip than a pesto. Still delicious though!
