Step 1
Preheat the oven for 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Cut hamburger bun into cubes. Coat in oil and seasonings. Bake for about 15 minutes or until crispy on the outside.
Step 3
Add ingredients for the special sauce to a small bowl. Mix until well combined.
Step 4
In a medium sized bowl, add all diced vegetables. Cut hamburger patty into cubes and toss with the rest of salad. Top with croutons and special sauce. Toss again and enjoy!
