Makes leftovers

Added lots of cheese! Garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper to the chicken Sauce: 1 large can enchilada sauce, 10oz can cream of chicken & 1 cup sour cream (easy to double) So Yum! After it’s cooked, Top with diced tomatoes, avocado, sour cream, salsa Tortilla chips, green salad are perfect sides!

I was afraid the chips would be soggy but they weren't. I used shredded chicken and squeezed excess water out of it.

Delicious, I served it over rice and it was a big hit! Will definitely be making again. 10/10
