Changed it up a bit by stuffing and rolling the belly pork with apple, onion, garlic and sage. Cooked on top of some potatoes, carrots and onions with cider and stock. Great flavour combinations.

I roughly followed this recipe for my pork shoulder joint. Turned out great :). The cracklin' was amazing on top and the softened apple was nice to dish up with it.
