Rosemary Peach Chicken in White Wine Pan Sauce

This was awesome. The flavors were interesting and worked really well together. Served over pasta. I may try to thicken the sauce next time to be more suited to a pasta dish, but well worth a try if you're contemplating.

I need to cook in a cast iron skillet next time. Fresh herbs make the difference in this recipe. Remember to sear til golden not cook til golden to keep chicken tender. Recipe was amazing and I’m not a huge peach fan. Minimal effort for a wonderful dish.

So good! Used ginger ale instead of white wine
