Love this recipe! Followed as written but added additional fresh garlic to the vegetables and granulated garlic to the chicken seasoning. Also used cut up whole tomatoes instead of cherry tomatoes which I seasoned with dried oregano after prepping. Served it over Lundberg Wild Blend Rice. Such a flavorful dish!
