Step 1
Add the oats to the blender, and blend for about 10 seconds until you achieve a flour-like consistency.
Step 2
Add the silken tofu, coconut milk, coconut flakes, and agave to the blender. Blend until the mixture is perfectly smooth.
Step 3
Allow the mixture to set in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Step 4
Add the dark chocolate and a dash of coconut milk to a microwave-safe dish. Heat in 10-second intervals until the chocolate is fully melted.
Step 5
Pour the melted chocolate over the coconut mixture and sprinkle with extra coconut flakes.
