Step 1
Boil water and cook the pasta
Step 2
Cut the chicken fillet, onion, zucchini and tomatoes into pieces.
Step 3
Fry the chicken fillet together with the onion and season to taste. Add the tomatoes and zucchini. Lastly, add the spinach.
Step 4
In the meantime, blend all the ingredients for the pesto in a blender.
Step 5
Add the pesto and vegetables to the pasta.
Step 6
Serve with Parmesan and pine nuts if preferred.
