Instructions
Step 1
Season chicken with oregano and ¼ tsp. of salt.
Step 2
Heat avocado oil in large pan on medium high heat and cook chicken on both sides for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for ten minutes and cut into bite size pieces.
Step 3
In large bowl add spinach, berries, almonds, feta and cooked chicken.
Step 4
For the dressing mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, ¼ tsp. salt and ¼ tsp. black pepper.
