This was so easy to make! After the t tested, it cut it up into bite sized pieces for quick additions to salads, soups, tacos or just a quick bite of protein. I also changed up the seasonings to thyme, onion powder, garlic powder and parsley, but I loved the concept of oiling the spices on a plate and then rubbing the meat into it. Genius!
