Ingredients: 600g / 1.3 lb of king prawns (peeled and deveined); 2 teaspoons Gran Luchito Chipotle Paste; 2 tablespoons olive oil; 1 handful of coriander, roughly chopped; 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips; 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips; 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips; 1 red onion, sliced into half-moons; 1 shot of tequila or mezcal; Juice of 1 lime; 1 tablespoon tamari sauce; Salt and pepper; 1 ripe avocado, remove skin and stone; ⅓ cup of greek yogurt, creme fraiche or sour cream; ⅓ cup of extra virgin olive oil; 1 teaspoon Gran Luchito Medium or Spicy Taco Seasoning; 1 lime; ¼ cup of coriander or parsley; 3 vine tomatoes, diced; ½ white onion, diced; 1 green chilli, finely chopped; 1 handful of coriander, finely chopped; 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil; 1 packet of Gran Luchito Soft Taco Wraps
