Ingredients

1sweet potato
large
2 tablespoonsghee
¼ cupalmond butter
natural
1banana
2 tablespoonshemp seeds
toasted
2 tablespoonsMaple and Cinnamon Hemp Heart Toppers
optional
agave nectar
honey or maple syrup works
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the sweet potato and cut it in ½” – 1” slices, lengthwise.
Step 2
Put ghee in a pan over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Add the sweet potato slices, flipping every minute or two until it’s softened and golden brown.
Step 4
Transfer to a plate lined with a paper towel to soak up extra ghee.
Step 5
Top each sweet potato with almond butter, sliced banana, Toasted Hemp Seeds, Hemp Heart Toppers, and agave nectar.
