Instructions
Step 1
Flatten each center of the toast slice with a spoon. Only one toast slice is flattened on both sides.
Step 2
Place the first slice of toast on the work surface with the indentation facing up. In the center, place first the chocolate and then the hazelnuts.
Step 3
Now place the toast slice with the 2 indentations on top of the previous one.
Step 4
Place the last slice of toast with the indentation facing down on the chocolate

Crack the egg into a deep dish. Add the milk and mix well.
Step 6
Spread the flour on one flat plate and the bread crumbs on another.
Step 7
Roll the sandwich first in the flour, then in the egg mixture and finally in the bread crumbs.
Step 8
Melt the butter in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Then add the sandwich. Fry for about 2-3min each side until crispy and golden brown.
