Step 1
Slice your apple

Heat a pan over medium low heat and add coconut oil to melt.

Lower heat and add apple slices and allow to turn golden a little on both sides.
Step 4
Add Maple Syrup and Cinnamon to the pan and flip once they caramelize on one side

Step 5
Once some toast your slice and top with yogurt, spread, apples, and maple Syrup!
