Step 1
Drain and empty the canned salmon into a medium sized bowl. Use a fork to break it apart.
Step 2
To the bowl, add egg, panko breadcrumbs, diced green onion, diced onion, minced garlic, white vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper. Stir until well combined. Form 4-6 patties using your hands.
Step 3
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add salmon patties and cook until browned. Flip and continue to cook until both sides are browned. Transfer to a plate and enjoy!
