Step 1
Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika powder.
Step 2
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, and add olive oil. Put the chicken in the skillet and cook, turning once, until golden on both sides, for about 8 minutes.
Step 3
Combine honey and dijon mustard in a small bowl, and set aside.
Step 4
Pour white wine, put the lid on the skillet, and cook for about 5 minutes until fully cooked inside. Add water if you need to cook chicken more.
Step 5
Pour honey mustard and coat chicken with the sauce.
