Step 1
Bring water to the boil and cook the rice.
Step 2
Cut the avocado and cucumber in thin stripes
Step 3
Heat up oil in a frying pan, fry the shrimps.
Step 4
Dip the spring roll sheet in water to soften it. Place it on your kitchen counter, fill it with 1 seaweed leave, avocado, shrimp, cucumber, and another seaweed leave. Roll it like a burrito. First one side over the filling, close both sides and roll till the end.
Step 5
Serve it with soy sauce.
