Green Chicken Enchiladas

This was so delicious! I used 1.5 pounds of boneless chicken thighs seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Sautéed in a pan then shredded. Followed the rest of the recipe as written. My boyfriend asked if we can have it again. So good!

This was DELICIOUS!! Make sure to use fresh salsa verde and chilies from new mexico!! Amazing!

- Used 1.5lbs raw chicken thighs (cut into bite size pieces) - cooked it with garlic, onions, 2 cans of green chilies, and a handful of micro greens Then I followed the recipe as is. -served with lime juice and sour cream It was delicious
