Instructions

Step 1
Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet or cutting board.
Step 2
Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl.
Step 3
Melt the white chocolate in a separate bowl.
Step 4
Once smooth, transfer the white chocolate to a plastic baggie and cut off the smallest tip of one corner.
Step 5
Holding the strawberries by the stem, dip them into the dark chocolate and place them on the piece of parchment paper.
Step 6
After you’ve done about five, drizzle some with the white chocolate by going back and forth across the strawberry as you squeeze the baggie.
Step 7
On other strawberries, crumble some freeze-dried strawberries which add a fun color and crunch.
Step 8
Continue this process until you’ve done all the strawberries.
Step 9
Once they’re all chocolate coated and drizzled and sprinkled as you like, transfer them to the fridge to harden for about 20 minutes.
