Cheesy Baked Tortellini Casserole With Meat Sauce

It was so delicious everyone had seconds! I added fresh basil and minced garlic.

my first bite I thought "omg this is like if lasagna was sexy" Very good!!!

I would add more seasoning to it. It also reheated pretty good.

I halfed the cream cheese. It is a recipe that was liked by everyone.

This was so good for my family! I switch the ground beef for Italian sausage and added minced onion, garlic, and diced tomatoes. A very delicious dish!

My 3 yr old loved this! It was so easy to make that my son helped me make it. He loved adding the cheese on top. He ate his whole serving of the tortellini. I served with a side of salad.

Very tasty and easy to make! Almost like a lasagna. :) Was a hit with my significant other. Will certainly make again!

The whole family absolutely loved this one. Served with garlic bread. It is also super easy to make. I substituted ground venison for beef.

Super yummy! Just the right amount of cheese, sauce, and added red pepper flakes.

Made some changes: - half ricotta, half cream cheese - added about 2 tbsp pasta water - used tomato passata and tomato paste with same spices as called for in the ground beef

One of my husbands favorite dishes!

Next time I think I’d leave out the Parmesan in the sauce and just sprinkle shredded Parmesan on top with the mozzarella. It made the sauce to pasty. I also think I’d switch the cream cheese with ricotta.

Turned out amazing!! A little more cream cheese taste than I'd like but still wonderful! Next time I'll use a little less. I also used mild sharp cheddar blended with provolone and monzerella with grated parmesan topping. Extra cheesy!!! Overall very easy dish!!

I made this and was skeptical but it was fabulous! I mixed half ground turkey and half Italian sausage in place of the hamburger. Will make again and for sure add mushrooms!

I broiled it 3 minutes at the end for a lightly crisper crust.

I didn’t bake it, just cooked in my skillet with a lid. Delicious!
