Roasted Garlic Cheddar Cauliflower Soup

Added extra garlic and cayenne, and a little cream at the end. I oversalted so I'm gonna eat leftovers over unseasoned mashed potatoes. My partner said they would have liked some cauliflower chunks so I won't blend them all next time.

Sautéed the onions in sausage grease and did Monterey jack cheese instead of cheddar

I added some potatoes, sour cream, bacon and migoreng flavour packets, delicious!

I put some canniles beans

This was great. Added chorizo and some red pepper flakes and a touch of milk as added liquid. Definitely topped with green onion

Used 3 tablespoons of minced garlic (sautéed until fragrent after onions were translucent). 1 container of chicken broth and a splash of heavy whipping cream. Added red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, chili powder to spice it up. Used pepper jack cheese & added a doll up of sour cream in my bowl. Delicious!
