was very delicious. I made this with the mushrooms diced VERY small and cooked them in 4tbsp ot butter but no oil. Gave a lot of flavor to the meal. sauce was very delicious, I wish I had thought of making mashed potatoes it would go well with the meal and sauce, will be making again.
