Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325
Step 2
Slice the chicken breast in half lengthwise
Step 3
Season both sides small with salt and pepper
Step 4
Heat skillet with butter and olive oil over medium to high heat once the butter has melted, add the chicken breasts
Step 5
Cook until both sides are mostly browned and making sure that the chicken is basically finished cooking then remove from pan
Step 6
Add the basil pesto, mozzarella, and a slice of a tomato to the chicken, add tomatoes slices by preference
Step 7
Cook in the oven for 10 minutes at 325 degrees pand take out once the cheese was melted
Step 8
Garnish with fresh basil and drizzle balsamic glaze
