Instructions

Step 1
Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Heat a pan on medium-high heat and add in the olive oil.
Step 3
Add in the chicken and cook on both sides until golden brown around 7/8 minutes on either side.
Step 4
Remove from the pan and add in the butter, Garlic and Chilli and cook for about one minute.
Step 5
Add in the tomatoes and cook until soft.
Step 6
Once soft add in the oregano and spinach and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 7
Add in the cream and stir, and allow the cream to cook for 2/3 minutes.
Step 8
Add in the parmesan and stir
Step 9
Add the chicken back into the pan and simmer with a lid on for 5 mins.
Step 10
Remove the lid and simmer for a further 5 mins.
Step 11
Plate up with a side of your choice, lick you’re lips and enjoy.
