Chicken Cabbage Stir Fry Recipe

I used chicken, bok choy, tatsoi, onion and carrot. Didn't have oyster sauce so used 2 chicken Boulton cubes with soy sauce, vinegar, red pepper flakes and a tiny bit of brown sugar.

I think this would be good with some bitter melon thrown in with the cabbage, also some salt and pepper was added for more taste
